Kerry plans Mideast trip to calm Israeli-Palestinian tension

WASHINGTON (AP) — Secretary of State John Kerry plans to travel to the Middle East soon in a U.S. bid to ease soaring Israeli-Palestinian tensions amid a wave of deadly violence.
